Log in to your SabeeApp account and go to Settings → More → TGA Integration. Click "Add New", enter your property details (Company Name, Property Name, License Number, Tax Number), link your rooms to the license number, and enable the "Enable data submission" button. Once active, nightly reporting to the Ministry starts automatically. Setup, activation, and monitoring are the property's responsibility — SabeeApp provides the tool.
Yes. The integration is built, tested, and active. When you sign up, your nightly TGA reporting starts automatically — including the bulk send of all 2025 historical data on activation.
Not as the first step. As a PMS user, your data flows to the Ministry automatically via API. To activate, log in to your SabeeApp account, go to Settings → More → TGA Integration, and enable the integration yourself. Setup, activation, and monitoring are the property's responsibility — SabeeApp provides the tool. Once active, you can log in to the Tesis Künye portal to verify your transmitted data, but portal registration is not a prerequisite to start.
What happens to my 2025 historical data? SabeeApp sends it in a single bulk transmission on activation, as required by Ministry Circular 2026/1. No manual exports needed on your end.

Yes. Ministry Circular 2026/1 applies to all licensed accommodation facilities in Turkey regardless of size, category, or type — hotels, boutique hotels, apart hotels, guesthouses, hostels, holiday resorts, and all others. There are no published exemptions based on size.
