Customer Referral Program

SabeeApp "Bring a friend" Referral Program: Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:
    The referral program is open to all existing SabeeApp customers who have an active account.
  2. Referral Reward:
    Referrers will receive 200 EUR in credits for each successful referral. The referred friend will receive 100 EUR in credits after a successful subscription.
  3. Successful Referral:
    A referral is considered successful when the referred person:
    • Signs up for SabeeApp using the unique referral link or by mentioning the referrer.
    • Completes the sign-up process and becomes an active subscribed customer.
  4. Credit Application:
    • Credits will be applied to both the referrer’s and the referred customer’s SabeeApp account 90 days after the referred customer’s successful subscription.
    • Credits can be used toward future SabeeApp services and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. Referral Limit:
    There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can make. However, each referred customer must be a new user of SabeeApp.
  6. Validity Period:
    • The referral program is valid until 31/12/2025, after which referrals will no longer be eligible for rewards.
    • The 100 EUR credit for the referred customer must be used within six months from the date it is applied.
  7. Exclusions:
    • Self-referrals or referring existing SabeeApp customers are not eligible for rewards.
    • SabeeApp employees, agents, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this program.
  8. Changes to the Program:
    SabeeApp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

Fraudulent Activity:
Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour, such as creating fake accounts or providing false information, will result in disqualification from the program, and any earned credits will be forfeited.

Terms and Conditions for the SabeeApp Review Giveaway

1. Organizer
This promotion ("Giveaway") is organized by SabeeApp ("Organizer"). The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with IKEA or Hotel Tech Report.

2. Eligibility
2.1. The Giveaway is open to all SabeeApp users who submit a verified review on Hotel Tech Report during the Promotion Period.
2.2. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
2.3. Employees of SabeeApp and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period
The Giveaway runs from March 2nd, 23:59 CET, to April 30, 2025, 23:59 CET ("Promotion Period"). Any reviews submitted after this time will not be eligible.

4. How to Participate
4.1. To enter, participants must submit a review for SabeeApp on Hotel Tech Report within the Promotion Period.
4.2. The review must comply with Hotel Tech Report’s guidelines and be successfully published to qualify.
4.3. Each participant may enter only once.

5. Prize Details
5.1. Two (2) winners will each receive a 100 USD worth of an IKEA gift card or the closest equivalent in local currency.
5.2. If IKEA gift cards are not available in the winner’s country, a local equivalent gift card of similar value will be provided.
5.3. The gift card is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
6.1. A minimum of 10 participants is required for the Giveaway to be valid. If fewer than 10 eligible reviews are submitted by the deadline, the Promotion Period will be extended by 30 days.
6.2. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible participants after the Promotion Period ends.
6.3. Winners will be notified via email within 7 days after the Giveaway closes.
6.4. If a winner does not respond within 5 days, an alternative winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions
7.1. By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
7.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its control arise.
7.3. Any fraudulent activity or violation of these terms may result in disqualification.
7.4. The Organizer’s decision regarding any aspect of the Giveaway is final and binding.

8. Privacy
8.1. Any personal data collected will only be used for administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
8.2. By participating, entrants agree to be contacted via email regarding the Giveaway.

SabeeApp new customers promotional offer Spring 2025 – Terms and Conditions


Effective Date: 1 April 2025 until 31 May 2025


These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the SabeeApp promotional offer ("Offer") for new customers and are in addition to SabeeApp’s General Terms of Service. By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Offer Description
New customers who receive the discount email and sign up during the promotional period are eligible to receive:

  • 50% discount on their chosen SabeeApp subscription plan for the first 12 months.
  • Free onboarding services (standard onboarding package).
  • Free access to the Smart Solutions module for the first 12 months.

 

2. Eligibility

This Offer is available only to:

  • New customers who have not previously subscribed to or used SabeeApp services.
  • Customers who have not used SabeeApp (including trial accounts) within the past 4 months from the date of signing up for the Offer.
  • Customers who sign a subscription agreement within the promotional period.

    Note: Existing or recently inactive customers (within the past 4 months) are not eligible for this Offer.

3. Duration of the Offer
  • The promotional benefits are valid for 12 months from the date of subscription activation.
  • After the 12-month period, standard pricing for the subscription and Smart Solutions will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms
  • The 50% discount applies only to the subscription fee. Any additional services or modules not included in the Offer will be billed at standard rates.
  • Payment must be made according to SabeeApp’s standard billing schedule.

5. Early Termination
  • If the customer terminates their SabeeApp subscription before the end of the 12-month promotional period, they agree to reimburse the value of the 50% subscription discount received up to the date of termination.
  • The waived fees for onboarding and the free Smart Solutions module will not be charged.
  • The reimbursement amount will be invoiced upon cancellation and must be paid within 14 days.

6. Termination and Modifications
  • SabeeApp reserves the right to cancel or modify this Offer at any time without prior notice.
  • SabeeApp may terminate a customer's eligibility for the Offer if any misuse or abuse is detected.

7. General Conditions
  • This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special pricing.
  • The Offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • All use of SabeeApp services is subject to SabeeApp’s General Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Sensitive Data

SabeeApp will keep all Subscribers and Customers personal data safe, will not share, sell, lease, modify, delete or distribute any Data provided by You. SabeeApp will also not view the Data provided by You. If you need support and we need to see your data in order to assist you we will ask your special written permission. The entire sensitive data section herein shall survive the termination of this agreement until complete erase.

Ownership, Copyright and TradeMarks

In these Terms, the content available through the Services, including all information, data, logos, marks, designs, graphics, pictures, sound files, other files, and their selection and arrangement is called, "Content".

SabeeApp owns intellectual property rights to any protectable part of the Service, including but not limited to the design, artwork, functionality, and documentation. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Services owned by thePass Kft.

Payment

You are not obligated to purchase any of SabeeApp Services. You will be billed in advance on a monthly basis after the trial period ends. You will find your bill by logging in the app in Settings/Subscription menu. You have 15 days to pay your bills.

There is no refunding of Your Account regardless of whether you use the Services or not.
Fees and charges may change from time to time. If we change them, we will give you at least 30 days notice. If they do change, your continued use of the Application, after the change, indicates your agreement with the new fees and charges after the effective date of the change. Any change to fees and other charges will not be applicable to the billing period in which the change occurs.

 

Modifying Subscription, Cancellation

Your monthly fee depends on the number of rooms you manage, and will be decided on the day of billing. The first day of billing is the day after the trial period ends. The billing periods are always on the same date when the first day of billing was. You can always decide to end up using the Application, and cancel your account. If you decide so, you can do it in your account center within the application. Your account will be cancelled from the next billing period. For example if you decide to cancel on 15th, but your subscription is live and paid until the 1st of the next month, your account will be cancelled only on 1st.

Liability

SabeeApp is not liable to you or to any third party for any damages, data loss caused by the inability to use the application, even if SabeeApp has been advised of the possibility of such damages. SabeeApp is the provider of the application and is not liable in any circumstances in loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits, business interruptions.
