About TGA in Turkey
TGA reporting is mandatory for every hotel in Turkey.
Since 16 June 2026, all accommodation facilities in Turkey must report daily guest and revenue data to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism through the TGA Central System. SabeeApp has the integration built in — and gets you set up from day one.
Understanding the system
What is the TGA Central System?
The TGA Central System (Konaklama Tesisleri Merkezi Veri Tabanı) is a national data platform introduced by Turkey's Ministry of Culture and Tourism. All licensed properties must submit data — either by connecting their PMS via API, or by entering it manually through the Tesis Künye portal. For connected systems, data is sent automatically every day.

Legal framework
The legal basis: what law requires this?
The TGA Central System is not optional. It is established under three instruments:
- Law No. 2634 — Tourism Encouragement Law, Article 11 (Provision of Information and Notification)
- Law No. 7183 — Turkish Tourism Promotion and Development Agency Law
- Ministry Circular 2026/1 — published 16 April 2026, establishing the integration obligation and a deadline later moved to 16 June 2026
The circular requires accommodation facilities and their software providers to complete technical integration, test it, and initiate data flow — including all historical 2025 data in a single bulk transmission.
Who must comply
Which facilities are covered?
All accommodation facilities operating in Turkey, regardless of size, category or type. There are no published size thresholds or exemption categories.
The accommodation provider completes the setup, activates the integration, and monitors that data is transmitting correctly. The PMS provider — SabeeApp — supplies the technical integration that makes it automatic.
What is reported
What data does the TGA system collect?
Daily operational and statistical data — no personal guest information. Only confirmed, stayed reservations are reported.
Property performance
Daily totals: rooms and guests in-house, daily check-ins, net room revenue, and the weekday versus weekend split.
Guest demographics
The same figures aggregated by nationality — guests and rooms in-house, daily arrivals, and revenue by country of origin.
Booking channels
Where bookings come from: agencies and tour operators, OTAs, direct, and other sources — with guests, rooms and revenue for each.

Step by step
How to connect SabeeApp to the TGA system.
Setup, activation and monitoring are the property's responsibility. SabeeApp provides the tool — you switch it on.
Activate the TGA integration in your account
Everything happens inside SabeeApp:
- Log in to your SabeeApp account
- Go to Settings → More → TGA Integration
- Click "Add New" and enter your Company Name, Property Name, Licence Number and Tax Number
- Link your rooms to your Licence Number
- Switch on "Enable data submission"
Automatic bulk send of 2025 data
Once the integration is active, SabeeApp sends all required 2025 historical data to the TGA system in a single bulk transmission, exactly as the circular requires.
Daily automated reporting begins
From activation onwards, SabeeApp transmits nightly at 02:00. No ongoing action is needed from your team.
Check your dashboard regularly
It is the property's responsibility to verify transmissions. Check the TGA section of your SabeeApp dashboard to confirm recent sends completed without errors. If errors persist for three to four consecutive days, contact your account manager and, if needed, the Ministry.
Verify on Tesis Künye (optional)
Log in at tesis-kunye.tga.gov.tr to confirm the data SabeeApp transmitted has been received. This is a verification step, not a prerequisite for the integration to run.

Yes. TGA provides a pre-production test environment with API documentation and a Swagger interface. PMS providers must validate their integration there before connecting to the live system. SabeeApp has already completed this process.
Based on the official documentation, the TGA system collects aggregated statistical data — guest counts by nationality, channel and revenue — rather than individually identifiable personal data. No guest names, passport numbers or personal identifiers are required.
For PMS-integrated properties, daily and fully automated, transmitted across a rolling seven-day window that also allows automatic error correction. Properties without a PMS must enter data manually each month, no later than the 15th, through the Tesis Künye portal.
Yes, for API integration. Revenue can be submitted in the original transaction currency (TRY, EUR, USD or other) with no conversion required. If several currencies apply to the same day, each is submitted as a separate record. Manual-entry users must report in USD.
Yes. On completing integration, all 2025 data must be submitted in a single bulk transmission, as required by Ministry Circular 2026/1. SabeeApp handles this automatically when you activate the TGA integration.
The rolling seven-day submission window means single failures are picked up in the next day's send. It is the property's responsibility to check the TGA section of the SabeeApp dashboard regularly. If errors persist for three to four consecutive days, contact your account manager first, then the Ministry if the issue is not on SabeeApp's side.
Both have a role. The accommodation facility completes the setup, activates the integration and monitors that data is transmitting correctly. The PMS provider is responsible for the technical integration, API connection and automated transmission.
No daily action is needed — reporting runs automatically. A brief weekly check of your TGA dashboard to confirm transmissions are completing without errors is the property's responsibility.
Yes. SabeeApp supports multi-property management. If you operate more than one accommodation facility, we recommend discussing your setup with our team so each property's TGA credentials are configured correctly.
Ministry-certified facilities can log in directly via e-Devlet using their Turkish National ID and e-Government password. Facilities with a Simple Accommodation licence register using their Turizm Katkı Payı invoice number, tax number and certificate number. If you are connecting via PMS you do not need to register before the integration goes live — you can log in afterwards to verify your data.
