Registration is completed electronically on the NTAK Portal during the registration period defined for each accommodation. Registration may be completed by the accommodation provider in person, by its legal representative, or by a person named in the disposition register. To complete registration you need Client Gate login credentials, company registry data, and the following accommodation information:
- Accommodation name
- KSH identifier
- Municipal registration number
- Address and land-registry number
- Hotelstars rating
- Capacity data
- Operating licence number
- PMS software name
