When should I use SabeeApp invoicing vs the Payment function?

Use the SabeeApp invoicing module when you issue invoices from SabeeApp. Use the Payment function when you record payments without creating a SabeeApp invoice (for example when another billing system issues the invoice).

For NTAK, spend data must still be available. Choose one consistent approach for a reservation — do not mix invoicing module items and Payments for the same stay in a conflicting way.
