SabeeApp performs daily closing automatically — there is no separate button in the system.
Daily closing forwards the previous closed day's data to NTAK. Submission happens every day by noon, so the accommodation has until 12:00 to complete missing guest data for the previous day.
During a daily-closing submission the following data is forwarded to NTAK:
Important to know:
- Charge items are the items shown on the SabeeApp reservation folio
- Spend items are either invoice lines created with the SabeeApp invoicing module, or — if you do not invoice from SabeeApp but create Payments — the Payment information.
