Introduction

Tourmie is a guest-experience platform designed for hotels, vacation rentals and property managers to improve guest services while boosting revenue. Its key product features include an online check-in system, digital guest guides, guest chat, and the ability to upsell / cross-sell services like transfers, tours and local experiences.

The platform is web based, white labeled for each accommodation (customizable branding) and accessible without forcing the guests to download an app.

Supported features

Enable Tourmie to automatically retrieve reservation and guest data from SabeeApp PMS. When a service is successfully cross-sold to a guest, it is seamlessly added to the guest’s folio in SabeeApp.

Connection steps

1. Log into your SabeeApp account
2. Navigate over to Marketplace menu
3. Initiate connection with Tourmie
4. Select room types and services to snychronise
