Submitting guest data to NTIS manually

For accommodation providers who do not use a property management system (PMS), submitting data to NTIS by hand is part of daily operations. Here is how you can submit guest data manually:

1. Sign in to your NTIS account:
   Sign in to the NTIS E.Turistas subsystem on the official website. Use the correct login details for your accommodation — each business has a unique account.
2. Enter guest data manually:
   There are several ways to submit data by hand:

• Generate and send a tourist registration-card link so guests can fill in their details in advance.
• Enter the data directly in E.Turistas by creating a new Tourist Registration Card.
• On arrival, the tourist can be asked to enter the data directly into the system.
• You can print a paper tourist registration card for the guest to complete.
• The system can create a link so a group representative can enter the group’s data in advance.

• First name and last name
• Date of birth
• Country that issued the identity document
• Country of residence
• City
• Address (optional)
• Arrival date
• Departure date
• Number of minors
• Whether the tourist arrived through a tour operator
• Purpose of travel (optional)
