What guest information must be submitted to NTIS?

To meet all NTIS requirements, you must submit the following guest data:

1. First name and last name
2. Date of birth
3. Country that issued the identity document
4. Country of residence
5. City
6. Address (optional)
7. Arrival date
8. Departure date
9. Number of minors
10. Whether the tourist arrived through a tour operator
11. Purpose of travel (optional)
