Built in, not bolted on

What the law asks
Since 1 January 2021, Hungarian law requires every invoice covered by the VAT Act — including corrections and cancellations — to be reported to the National Tax and Customs Administration (NTCA).
There is no threshold and no exemption for small amounts. If you issue it, it gets reported.
Read the detail on the Online Invoice System site.
Real-time reporting
Everything printed on the invoice goes to the authority's database the moment the invoice is created — not at the end of the day, not at the end of the month.
You connect SabeeApp to NAV once. After that there is no export, no upload and no monthly reconciliation — invoices report themselves and you can see the status of each one.
What SabeeApp handles
The reporting happens inside the software your team already uses:
How it works
Connecting SabeeApp to NAV takes one setup step. From then on the reporting is invisible — and verifiable whenever you want to check it.
Once the NTCA connection is live, every invoice you create is sent to the online invoice system without anyone pressing a button.
Open the Invoices menu and check the NTCA delivery status of any invoice — no guessing whether it went through.
Issue as many invoices as you need, including pre-payment and proforma invoices, and pull the reports your accountant asks for.
Every hotel handles invoicing differently. Talk with our hospitality experts and find the right setup for your billing workflows.
