Your responsibilities
What you'll own.
- You take ownership of a specific product area (e.g. invoicing, guest folios, tax logic) and drive its day-to-day development together with a small developer team.
- You work closely with 3-5 developers and make practical decisions on what to build next, based on user needs, feedback, and business impact.
- You turn user problems and internal requests into clear, structured tasks that developers can easily understand and implement.
- You talk to users, gather feedback, and translate real-world problems into simple, workable solutions.
- You bring structure and clarity to a dynamic environment with multiple incoming requests and edge cases.
- You handle prioritization by balancing user needs, business impact, and technical constraints, and communicate trade-offs clearly.
- You collaborate with Knowledge, Marketing, and Account Management departments to understand needs and keep them informed about progress and decisions.
What we're looking for
What you bring.
- Degree in product/project management or B2B SaaS experience, or similar roles where you worked with developers.
- You have strong prioritization and time management skills in an ambiguous environment.
- You can structure complex topics and communicate them clearly to developers and stakeholders.
- You are not afraid to challenge requests and say no when needed.
- You enjoy working in a hands-on, execution-focused role rather than purely strategic planning.
- You have good spoken and written communication skills in Hungarian and English.
