Easycheckin is a web application designed for tourist regions to streamline customer data collection in accommodations and automate its distribution to the relevant authorities.

Accommodations in Swiss regions are required to perform multiple administrative tasks related to guest personal data, including submitting reports to authorities such as the Federal Statistical Office, the police, the Tourist Tax Collection Center, and the Tourism Observatory.

Currently, guest data is collected multiple times in different formats for various entities. Easycheckin simplifies this process by enabling accommodations to collect information once and transmit it efficiently to all relevant parties via an online platform.

The system consolidates all guest identity information and additional travel behavior data, automatically distributing it to the appropriate authorities according to their requirements:

• Simplify administrative tasks related to statistics in accommodations
• Streamline check-in processes for both accommodations and guests
