🏨 How to Connect SabeeApp with Omnisoftory (Easycheckin)

Overview

Easycheckin is a web application designed to simplify guest data collection and reporting for accommodations in Swiss tourist regions. Instead of submitting the same information multiple times in different formats, accommodations can collect guest data once and automatically transmit it to the relevant authorities.

How to Get Started

âś… Step 1: Prepare your setup

  • Make sure you have an Omnisoftory (Easycheckin) account.

🔑 Step 2: Connect from SabeeApp

  1. Log in to your SabeeApp account.
  2. Go to the Marketplace menu.
  3. Find Omnisoftory (Easycheckin) and click Initiate connection.
  4. Select I already have an Omnisoftory account â†’ click Initiate connection.

5. Choose the rooms, and services you want SabeeApp to sync with Omnisoftory.

6. Click Save.

⚙️ Step 3: Finalise in Omnisoftory

  • After saving in SabeeApp, log in to your Omnisoftory system.
  • Complete the configuration steps on their side to finalise the integration.

✨ That’s it! Your Omnisoftory connection is now active — ensuring guest data is collected once in SabeeApp and automatically transmitted to the required authorities (such as the Federal Statistical Office, police, and city tax office). This integration helps you save time, reduce manual work, and stay compliant with local regulations.
