What is the NTCA online invoice system?

In accordance with the Hungarian law, starting from the 1st of January 2021 it is obligatory to disclose data to the National Tax and Customs Administration (NTCA) on all invoices, modification and invalidation invoices to which the invoicing rules of the Act on VAT apply. What data is sent to NTCA? 

Upon the creation, all data shown on the invoice needs to be sent to the online database of the tax authority in real time. The SabeeApp Hotel PMS™ does this automatically the following way:
  • send all issued invoices regardless of the VAT amount to the NTCA system
  • include the data of the company, sole proprietor or private person
  • applicable for both domestic and foreign taxable entities

How can you send invoices to the NTCA system?

Aside from the initial connection with the NTCA, you have no further administration to do. All issued invoices are automatically sent to the NTCA system and you can check the delivery status right away.
