All the information you find in GuestAdvisor is provided by the accommodation where you made your booking.

If there is any change in the reservation, it will be automatically visible in GuestAdvisor.

Your booking details

GuestAdvisor may store your booking details temporarily in the app while you have a booking open.

These details include your name, email address, phone number, and arrival and departure dates.

Anonymous activity tracking

The GuestAdvisor application may track your user activity anonymously to improve the user experience of the mobile application.

This tracked information is never assigned to your personal details and never shared with any third party. The tracked information is never stored on your device: all of it is stored by Google as part of the provided services of Google Analytics and Fabric.io.

Services you book

All the booked services are immediately visible to your host of accommodation.

All booked services are recorded with a timestamp and stored for 12 months by thePass Kft.
