The regulation
What is TM30?
TM30 is the foreign national residence notification form. It requires hosts — the housemaster, possessor or manager of a property — to report the stay of any non-Thai national to the local immigration office within 24 hours of arrival.
Missing or late TM30 submissions are a compliance risk under the Immigration Act, which is why hotels with meaningful foreign guest volume tend to want this built into their daily front-desk workflow rather than handled as a manual, easy-to-forget task.

The Thai Police report
SabeeApp's Thai Police report collects the same data as the TM30 form, built from your own reservations for any date range you choose.
Columns are pulled from guest card fields — citizenship, document type and number, date of issue, visa type, point of entry, T.M. number, gender and birth date. There's no separate middle-name field, so add it to the last name and adjust on export; some citizenships have no matching nationality code and will come through empty.
