Automatically enable mobile access for Assa Abloy Visionline enabled doors, including private rooms and common areas of the hotel, for guests via the GuestAdvisor mobile application. Encode new key cards upon check-in directly from the SabeeApp PMS with access to private rooms and common areas. Check the number of active key cards in use by in house guests and the activity log per key card.
Connection steps
1. Ensure that Assa Abloy locks are installed with Bluetooth and Mobile Access modules enabled
2. Ensure that router and server setting are correct
3. Log into your SabeeApp account
4. Ensure that Smart Solutions (GuestAdvisor mobile app) is activated
5. Navigate over to Marketplace menu
6. Initiate connection with Assa Abloy
7. Link key card encoders and door locks with guest rooms
8. Activate Mobile Access for GuestAdvisor
