The lock is mounted on the door from the inside with no screwing or drilling required during installation and with end-to-end encryption used for all communication with its smart locks it offers maximum security. With the Nuki app you can remotely control smart lock for your entire vacation rental portfolio, create access permissions for colleagues and track their activity at glance. Activate the Nuki Smart Hosting service to get access to the SabeeApp integration as well as premium customer support, extended warranty, immediate product replacement and training for your staff.
Supported products & features
Automatically provide guests with a Nuki smart lock enabled digital key upon arrival via the GuestAdvisor mobile application. Guests can unlock and lock the door during the period of their stay.
Generate 6-digit key codes that guests receive via an automatic email message or directly in the GuestAdvisor mobile and web application. Key codes are also visible in the SabeeApp PMS and can be refreshed by the host at any time
Connection steps
1. Log into your SabeeApp account
2. Ensure that Smart Solutions (GuestAdvisor mobile application) is activated
3. Navigate over to Marketplace menu
4. Initiate connection with Nuki
5. Add your Nuki API token
6. Link the smart lock with the vacation rental units
