The NTAK system requires three types of data transmissions from the PMS. Accordingly, SabeeApp communicates with NTAK in the following ways:
- Daily closing – at the end of each day, the required data is automatically transmitted.
- Event-driven data transmission – when a specific event occurs (e.g., check-in or check-out), the system immediately sends the related data.
- Reservation data transmission – when a booking is created or modified, the related information is also sent.
Each data transmission method is triggered by different events and sends different types of anonymized data to NTAK.
1. Daily Closing
During daily closing, the PMS transmits the details of the closed day to NTAK. This type of data transmission contains operational data related to the accommodation’s daily activity and must be sent automatically on a daily basis.

2. Event-Driven Data Transmission
This is a real-time communication method, triggered by specific events, which immediately sends a message to the NTAK system. Such events include check-in, check-out, and room changes.

3. Reservation Data Transmission
This type of data transmission starts with all existing reservations. Upon connection, the PMS transmits all stored reservations to NTAK. After that, every new reservation arriving in the room calendar is automatically transmitted as anonymized data.
This communication method has been mandatory since November 1, 2019.
