đź’ł Saving Payments Made on Mirai to Reservations

When guests prepay for reservations through Mirai, either fully or partially, these payments can now be automatically saved to the reservation in SabeeApp. This ensures your records stay accurate without any manual entry.

đź§ľ How It Works

Individual Reservations

When a guest makes a payment on the Mirai Booking Engine, SabeeApp will automatically create a Credit Card / Debit Card type payment for the corresponding amount on the reservation.

🔄 Note:

Most payments are sent with the initial booking. However, if the guest pays later (still via Mirai), SabeeApp will receive an update from Mirai and create the payment accordingly.

âť— Important:

Mirai allows only one payment per reservation on their platform.


Group Reservations

For group bookings, Mirai sends a single total payment amount for the whole reservation group. SabeeApp will then split this amount among the individual reservations.

There are two ways this is handled:

1. All Rooms Have the Same Price

The paid amount is split equally across all reservations.

Example:

  • Group total: €600
  • 2 rooms @ €300 each
  • Guest pays €300 → SabeeApp adds â‚¬150 to each reservation

2. Rooms Have Different Prices

The paid amount is split proportionally based on each room’s price.

Example:

  • Group total: €600
  • Room 1: €400, Room 2: €200
  • Guest pays €300 → SabeeApp adds â‚¬200 to Room 1, â‚¬100 to Room 2

⚙️ How to Enable This Feature

To automatically save payments from Mirai to your reservations:

  1. Go to Marketplace in SabeeApp
  2. Select the Mirai integration
  3. Enable the â€śAutomatic payment creation” toggle

Once enabled, payments will be automatically created based on the reservation XML data received from Mirai.
