PriceLabs Connection Guide

Overview

PriceLabs is a dynamic pricing tool designed for short-term rental properties, such as those listed on Airbnb, Vrbo, and other vacation rental platforms. It helps you automatically adjust your rates based on market demand, local events, seasonality, and competitor pricing.

By using PriceLabs, you can optimise your pricing strategy to increase occupancy and maximize revenue. The platform also offers customisable settings, detailed analytics, and seamless integration with SabeeApp PMS, allowing you to maintain full control over your pricing decisions while benefiting from automation.

How to initiate connection with PriceLabs?

  1. Go to Settings → Marketplace in your SabeeApp account.
  2. Find PriceLabs in the Marketplace and click the green Initiate connection button.

3. In the connection window, choose one of the following options:
    • Don’t have an account yet – this will redirect you to the PriceLabs website where you can create an account
    • Already have a PriceLabs account – select this option, then click Initiate connection

 

4. Next, select the room types you would like to connect to PriceLabs.

5. Once you’ve made your selection, click Save.

After completing these steps, the PriceLabs team will be notified about your connection request and will contact you with the next steps of the onboarding process.

Important

If you add a new room type anytime in the future and you would like to activate the PriceLabs connection for this room, please come back to this menu, tick the box for the new room type, and click Save again.

You can disconnect from PriceLabs at any time by clicking the red Disconnect from PriceLabs button. We will inform their team as well so they can stop the connection from their side.
