To stop syncing a specific listing, please deactivate the connection between SabeeApp and Airbnb first.
To do that follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Airbnb account.
2. Go to the Account menu:
3. Now from the menu select Privacy & sharing:
4. And at the SabeeApp please select Remove App
From that moment your Airbnb account will be disconnected from SabeeApp account totally.
After making modifications to your listing, follow these steps to reconnect SabeeApp as the channel manager to Airbnb:
1. Reconnect SabeeApp to your Airbnb account.
2. During the room type-to-listing mapping process, you may encounter a "not saved" error.
If this happens, take the following steps in Airbnb's extranet:
1. Find the specific listing.
2. Go to the Listing Editor by clicking the Edit Listing Preferences icon.
3. Navigate to the Property Management Software menu and ensure SabeeApp is allowed for each listing.
4. If there's information about services, make sure to adjust those settings as needed.
