GuestAdvisor Menu & Content

We mentioned you have lot of freedom to tailor-made GuestAdvisor to your property. This is true for menu items & content pages as well.

Follow these steps to access :

• Click Guest Engagement → GuestAdvisor → Menu & Content

Menu items in GuestAdvisor
We have 5 predefined menu items for you which you can use out of the box immediately:

• About us: Detailed information about the properties
• My Reservation
• My Expenses
• Services: List of enabled services to book via GuestAdvisor. You can edit the services here.
• Check-in: This menu not visible here in the Menu & Content section and neither possible to change its position.

How to change order of Menu items?
You can simply change the order of menu items by drag n drop.

What is a content page?
Content pages everything beside My Expenses, My Reservation and Services. You can create content page about:

• How to get to your property?
• Restaurants & Bars in the neighbourhood
• Sightseeing guide at your location
• Special services of your accommodation

You can create up to 5 content pages.

How to write good Content pages?
There is not limitation on the length of the pages, but we recommend to keep in mind your guest will read it on mobile devices so keep it short, be condensed and focused. You can upload individual images per content pages.
Basic formatting like: font styles, bold, italic, bullet points and links are also possible.

Explanation for Content editor
After clicking on any menu item, you can change some properties and edit the main content.

Menu Title: The text appears on a menu item
Page Title: The text appears on the top of your content when it's opened
Size: You can decide the menu item displayed as half or as full width
Content: Your content comes here
Content Image: The image you want to appears at the top of your content
