      Airbnb Service Mapping in SabeeApp

      SabeeApp now supports Airbnb service mapping—similar to the Service Name Tags functionality for Booking.com. This feature allows specific services to be automatically added to Airbnb reservations based on XML tags.

      Accessing the Settings

      To enable and configure Airbnb service mapping in SabeeApp:

      1. Navigate to Distribution > Channel Manager.

      2. Click on Active Channels, then select Airbnb.

      3. This will take you to the Airbnb configuration page, where you can manage service mapping settings.

      ⚠️ Note: Once this setting is enabled, it cannot be turned off from the Channel Manager. In case you no longer want to use it, please reach out to your account manager. 

      4. Turn on the toggle: Breaking up service and accommodation prices

      Enabling the Feature

      Important: Enabling the service mapping toggle does not automatically activate any services. Once the toggle is turned on, a mapping interface will appear, where you must manually link your SabeeApp services to Airbnb service tags. No services will be added unless this step is completed.

      Service Mapping Rules

      • Only services that are:

        • Set to Derived

        • Have a Billing type of ‘Once’

        will appear in the dropdown list.

      • Each SabeeApp service can be mapped to only one Airbnb service.

      • To remove a mapping, simply select the —select from the list— option in the dropdown.

      How It Works

      The services listed on the left correspond to Airbnb XML tags—a predefined list maintained by Airbnb, matching services available in the Airbnb extranet.

      • When a mapped tag is detected in the Airbnb XML, the corresponding SabeeApp service is added to the reservation.

      • The price used will be the one sent by Airbnb (as configured in your Airbnb extranet).

      • Other service details (such as name, VAT, and category) will remain as defined in SabeeApp.

      • Services will be added regardless of the selected rate plan.

      Editing Services

      Services automatically added through Airbnb mapping:

      • Can be modified or deleted later from the reservation page.

      This functionality ensures seamless handling of Airbnb-specific fees and helps maintain accurate pricing and service inclusion across platforms.
