How to Sync Multiple Rooms from One SabeeApp Room Type to a Single Airbnb Listing

Overview

If you want SabeeApp’s Channel Manager to send availability from multiple rooms (under one room type in SabeeApp) to a single Airbnb listing, you need to configure the correct Listing Type in your Airbnb account.

Only specific Airbnb listing types support the room inventory feature, which allows multiple units to be synchronized under one listing.

⚠️ Important: This is an Airbnb Listing Type setting — not the Property Type setting.

✅ Supported Airbnb Listing Types

To enable multi-room inventory sync, make sure your Airbnb listing uses one of the following listing types:

• Aparthotel

• Hotel

• BnB

• Heritage hotel

• Boutique hotel

• Hostel

• Lodge

• Pension

• Pousada

• Resort

• Ryokan

• Serviced apartment

• Farmstay

• Casa particular

• Minsu

• Timeshare

Only these listing types support syncing multiple rooms from one SabeeApp room type to a single Airbnb listing.

⚙️ What You Need to Do

1. Log in to your Airbnb account.

2. Open your listing settings.

3. Check the Listing Type (not Property Type).

4. Change it to one of the supported listing types listed above if needed.

5. Ensure your SabeeApp room type contains multiple rooms under the same category.

Once configured correctly, SabeeApp’s Channel Manager will be able to synchronise availability from multiple rooms to the same Airbnb listing.

💡 Important Notes

• This setup is required if you manage multiple physical rooms under one room type in SabeeApp.

• If the listing type is not supported, Airbnb will only allow single-unit inventory, and availability sync may not work as expected.

• Changes must be made directly in Airbnb.
