Smartpricing Connection Guide

Overview

Smartpricing is a Revenue Management System (RMS) that uses machine learning to automatically adjust property prices to maximise sales. The algorithm considers supply-demand, local events, and competitor rates to set the optimal price.

Smartpricing integrates seamlessly with PMS and channel managers to update prices online. It serves hotels, B&Bs, apartments, and holiday homes, with a strong customer base in Italy and an expanding presence in the DACH region.

Pricing

Smartpricing is available via subscription:

• Monthly or annual fee based on the number of rooms or units
• Discount available on annual plans

Connection Details

• Connection Cost: Free
• Eligibility: No restrictions on which provider can initiate the connection

How to Connect

1. Start the connection

Go to Marketplace in SabeeApp and select Smartpricing.

Once the connection is established, you will see a confirmation pop-up. At the same time, an automated email is sent to Smartpricing.

After confirming, select which room types you want Smartpricing to manage. Tick the boxes next to the room types, then click Save at the bottom of the page.

How to Disconnect

1. Start disconnection

In Marketplace, go to Smartpricing → Check configuration. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Disconnect from Smartpricing.

Once you disconnect, an automated email will be sent to Smartpricing.
