If you have successfully connected to NTAK, a new menu option will appear under the PMS menu, where you can track the submission of data.
Important information regarding NTAK daily closure data reporting:
The daily closure data submission request is sent from the SabeeApp account every day at noon (12:00 PM). At that time, SabeeApp requests a time slot from the NTAK system for data submission. This time slot might be 10 minutes later or even 2-3 hours later. The data is submitted to the NTAK system at the time assigned by them. SabeeApp has no control over the time allowed by NTAK.
If you see "Data missing" in the table at 12:00 PM, it means that SabeeApp will send incomplete data to NTAK.
The meaning of the labels in the table is as follows:
Not yet submitted – The daily closure for the given day has not yet been submitted to NTAK.
No information – This is past data, and we have no information about it.
Submitted incompletely (X, Y) – Not all reservations were submitted for that day because some NTAK-required data is missing. "X" represents the total number of reservations, and "Y" shows how many were submitted.
Submitted – All reservations for that day have been submitted.
Successful – The data for that day has been successfully submitted to NTAK.
Failed – An error occurred during submission, so the data for that day was not sent to NTAK.
Data missing button – Edit reservations for that day where NTAK-required data is missing.
The Daily Closures table shows the submission time and its status. In the Missing Data section, if you click the "Data missing" button, you can provide the information required by NTAK for successful submission.
If we detect a setting in your SabeeApp account that prevents data submission to NTAK, we will notify you via a text message:
If you see this notification, go to the "Rooms missing data" or "Services missing data" table and provide the required information to enable data submission to NTAK. Until you do this, SabeeApp cannot send the data to NTAK.
It may happen that a daily closure is recorded by NTAK showing that 0 (zero) guests stayed at the property, even though there were guests. In such cases, if the daily closure is visible in the PMS -> NTAK menu, it is recommended to check the guest data in the reservations: whether the data has been provided and when. (It is possible that the guest data was provided after the departure date.)If the guest data was added later, after the daily closure has already been successfully submitted, unfortunately, we cannot send another daily closure.
