🔍 Monitoring User Activity in SabeeApp
If you want to keep track of your staff's actions within your SabeeApp account, the User Activity menu provides a detailed overview of all operations performed by users. This is a powerful tool for maintaining transparency, accountability, and security in your property management workflow.
📌 How to Access the User Activity Menu
Follow these steps to access the activity log:
- Click on your avatar in the top-right corner of your SabeeApp screen.
2. From the right-side menu, choose the Accounts menu.
3. In the Accounts menu, navigate to the User Activity tab.
📄 What You’ll See
The User Activity menu displays a list of actions performed by all users in your SabeeApp account. Each entry includes:
- Action type (e.g., reservation modified, blocked date deleted)
- Timestamp
- Related reservation code (if applicable)
This log helps you trace who did what and when.
🔎 Filter Options
To make finding specific actions easier, you can filter the activity log using the following options:
- Log Interval From – Set the start date for the activity records.
- Log Interval To – Set the end date to narrow down the time period.
- User – Select a specific user to view only their activities.
- Operation Type – Filter by specific types of actions, such as deleting a blocked date or creating a reservation.
▶️ Applying Filters and Viewing Results
Once you’ve selected your desired filter options, click the "Generate" button to apply them and view the matching activity records.
For example, if you suspect that a reservation was deleted—perhaps it seems to have disappeared from the system—you can:
- Set a relevant date range,
- Choose the user (if known),
- And select “Reservation deleted” as the Operation Type.
This will help you quickly identify if and when the reservation was removed, and by whom.
Using these filters allows you to efficiently investigate specific actions and maintain full visibility into your team’s activity.
