The technology automatically compares your direct rates vs. OTA rates during the booking process, helping to lower the exit rate and ensuring more completed reservations.

🔌 How to Connect to Rate Match

Follow these simple steps to activate your connection:

Step 1: Start the Connection in SabeeApp

1. Log in to your SabeeApp account.

2. Navigate to Settings → Marketplace.

3. Find Rate Match and click Initiate connection.

4. When prompted, select Rate Match as your partner.

   • If Rate Match hasn’t been added yet, click Add New (next to partner mapping).
   • Under Partner Type, choose Own Sales – IBE.
   
   

   
   

5. Review and confirm the subscription fee displayed.

   💡 Note: The connection cannot be completed until the subscription fee is accepted.

6. Once confirmed, the Rate Match module will be added to your SabeeApp subscription.

Step 2: Select Rooms and Services to Sync

1. Choose which room types and services you want SabeeApp to synchronize with Rate Match.

2. Click Save to confirm your selection.

Step 3: Finalise in Rate Match

1. After saving in SabeeApp, log in to your Rate Match account.
2. Complete the configuration steps in Rate Match to finalise the setup.
