How to Manage Guest Reviews in SabeeApp
Reviews play a crucial role in building your property's reputation. With SabeeApp, you can easily manage reviews received through GuestAdvisor and Airbnb, all within your PMS system under the Guest Reviews submenu.
Accessing Reviews
To view and manage reviews:

Navigate to PMS > Guest Reviews.

Use the search bar to find specific reservations by guest name, or filter by date.

After entering your search criteria, click the Generate button to display matching reviews.

To clear your filters and start a new search, use the Reset filters link.
All reviews matching your search criteria will appear below the filters.
Review List Overview
Each review entry includes the following details:

Guest Name
Shows the names of all guests associated with the reservation linked to the review. -
Source
Indicates where the review was submitted: Airbnb or GuestAdvisor. -
Guest Review
Displays the current status of the guest’s review.-
For GuestAdvisor: The status will show either Not yet or Guest rated you X points.

For Airbnb: Review statuses work differently. Learn more about Airbnb review handling here.

Your Review
Shows the status of your response.-
Note: You cannot leave a review for GuestAdvisor entries; this field will remain blank in those cases.

Room Number / Name
Displays the specific room or unit where the guest stayed. -
Check-Out Date
Indicates when the guest checked out. This may be relevant when posting or responding to a review.
Viewing and Responding to Reviews
Click on any reservation in the list to open the Reservation Details page. Here, under the Reviews tab, you can:

Read the guest's submitted review.

Submit your own review response (if applicable, depending on the review source).
