Customer Service: Do they really care?

Written by Egle Silenaite-Enyed | Aug 15, 2014 11:07:00 AM

We are always glad to get an e-mail from our clients and answer their questions or listen to their suggestions. Of course, e-mails are always good, but why to stop today? We felt like one step ahead could be even better...

Have you ever experienced a lousy customer service? By the word lousy I mean when you have a trouble, you write or call to someone and then you wait for the answer... You wait... wait... wait for it... and then you get it... or not... When you need help right now, right there, they will make you first to listen to some classical music (I guess original idea of this, is to calm you down before someone will pick the phone). And then they will forward your call to 5 other people which each of them will say that you have to press some number in order to be connected to the right person. Never ending story. Finally, you end up more angry, more confused and disappointed that you haven’t been heard.

Have you ever tried to suggest them something? Doesn’t matter what service provider you are using, try once to suggest them some feature, which might be important for you. What will be their answer? “I’m sorry, but I can’t make that change in the system,” or “I understand your problem and I'm very sorry to hear that you’re unhappy.” Will you feel like they care? I don’t think so.

So knowing all these problems circulating in the customer service world, we came up with a new idea of how to improve our own customer care. We are always glad to get an e-mail from our clients and answer their questions or listen to their suggestions. Of course, e-mails are always good, but why to stop today? We felt like one step ahead could be even better. That’s why we introduced a very interactive customer care service solution. Now, anytime when our customers are logged in their account and if any question appears, they can write to us directly from their Sabee. As soon as their country manager writes the answer, it is popping out right there. It makes it more active and faster. No more e-mailing, no more waiting.

We hope, that with this new feature you will feel heard, understood and most important - close to us. Because that’s the point of Customer Care - to care about our customers.

Enjoy and keep in touch!
