NTAK information

The National Tourism Data Supply Centre (NTAK) is a modern digital reporting system operated by the Hungarian Tourism Agency (MTÜ). Its main goal is to increase the competitiveness of domestic tourism by collecting anonymised traffic and statistical data from every Hungarian accommodation in real time.

Administrative and tax burdens for accommodation providers will also decrease. A medium-term goal is for NTAK to replace reporting to NAV, KSH and Artisjus, as well as the municipal guest book.

Reporting is only possible through a hotel PMS. Accommodations with more than 8 rooms and 16 bed places must therefore choose an NTAK-compatible PMS.

A PMS (Property Management System) is software where you keep all reservations, invoice, organise housekeeping, manage rates, and administer the property.

SabeeApp is a fully cloud-based PMS that is available from anywhere and — thanks to cooperation with the MTÜ — is fully NTAK compatible.

NTAK essentially expects three reporting modes from the PMS. SabeeApp sends communication accordingly.

Each communication mode is triggered by a different event and automatically forwards different anonymised data.

1. At daily closing the PMS sends details of the closed day to NTAK. This includes operational data for the day and must be sent automatically every day.
