Connecting Hotelinvoicer with SabeeApp

Overview

Hotelinvoicer is a cloud tax-compliant invoicing system built specifically for the Greek hospitality sector. It enables rapid conversion of bookings into receipts, invoices, or stay-tax documents, with automatic transmission to Greece’s myDATA platform managed by AADE.

🔌 How to Connect to Hotelinvoicer

✅ Step 1: Prepare your setup

  • Make sure you already have an active Hotelinvoicer account.

🔑 Step 2: Connect from SabeeApp

  1. Log in to your SabeeApp account.
  2. Open the Marketplace menu.
  3. Find Hotelinvoicer and click Initiate connection.
  4. Select I already have a Hotelinvoicer account → then click Initiate connection.
  5. Choose which rooms and services should sync from SabeeApp to Hotelinvoicer.
  6. Click Save.

⚙️ Step 3: Finalise in Hotelinvoicer

  • Log in to your Hotelinvoicer account and complete the remaining configuration on their side.

❌ Disconnecting Hotelinvoicer

If you need to disconnect:

  • Open the Marketplace in SabeeApp.
  • Select the Hotelinvoicer connection.
  • Click Check Configuration.
  • Scroll down and click Disconnect from Hotelinvoicer.

✨  That’s it! Your Hotelinvoicer connection is now up and running, enabling you to automatically generate tax-compliant invoices and transmit them directly to Greece’s myDATA platform.
