How the switch works

Switching is a setting, not a project. You pick the moment, we move your account over, and everything, your reservations, rates, guests and settings, is exactly where you left it.

It takes minutes, not weekends, and there is nothing for you to install.

Pick your date

Go to your Profile menu and choose Schedule the upgrade. Switch now, or pick a date that works for your team.

Get ready

We'll remind everyone on your account about the upcoming switch, so there are no surprises.

Switch to 4.0

On your chosen date, your account automatically moves to 4.0 at 3:00 AM in your property's time zone. If you choose to switch now, everyone currently logged in will be logged out briefly.

You're in

Log back in and start using 4.0. Your data stays where it is, so there's no migration and no data move.

Good to know: you can change your scheduled date any time before the switch. Only Account Owners and Manager Operators with the right permissions can schedule or trigger the upgrade.

These trainings show your team how to put 4.0 to work, from running the front office to keeping invoicing tidy and managing your rates.

SabeeApp 4.0 is live from September 2, 2026. From that date you can switch whenever it suits your property, and you have until November 30, 2026 to move.

No. 4.0 is the next version of your existing SabeeApp environment. Your existing property data stays in place.

Yes. Your existing SabeeApp data remains part of your account. You are not starting with a blank system.

No. The core workflows remain familiar. We've redesigned the interface and improved the way many everyday tasks are handled.

We still recommend watching the tutorials and joining a live session before your switch so your team knows what's coming.

How to switch

Your SabeeApp team will guide you through the transition and make sure you know what to expect.

Your Account Manager can review your current setup with you and answer any questions about your integrations before the switch.

Absolutely. Start with the tutorials or join one of our live 4.0 sessions — 30 minutes each, with 10 minutes for your questions. Open to customers and newcomers alike.
