🔑 TTLock Integration with SabeeApp

Overview

TTLock is a smart-lock platform used in homes, rentals, and businesses. With the TTLock app, administrators can:

  • Share permanent or time-limited access
  • Monitor lock activity logs
  • Manage multiple locks across locations
  • Connect with property management systems (PMS), making it especially popular in hospitality

This makes TTLock a secure, scalable, and user-friendly solution for different property types.


SabeeApp – Supported Products & Features

Supported TTLock Models:

  • Geneva
  • Ibiza
  • Paris
  • Osaka
  • Milano

Integrated Features in SabeeApp:

  • 6-digit key codes are generated automatically for each booking.
  • Guest delivery options:
    • Sent by automatic email
    • Accessible in the GuestAdvisor mobile app and web application
  • Full visibility in SabeeApp PMS â€“ hosts can view and manage all codes directly within the PMS.
  • Flexible security â€“ hosts can refresh or regenerate key codes at any time.

Requirements for Connection

From TTLock:

  • You must have a registered TTLock account (username & password)
  • Code generation and lock opening will only work when the locks are online. Some locks have a built-in bridge, while others use an external bridge, but in all cases, the locks must be connected; otherwise, these features will not function.

From SabeeApp:

  • The Smart Solutions module must be active in your account

How to Connect TTLock with SabeeApp

  1. Go to the SabeeApp Marketplace and select TTLock.
  2. Click Initiate Connection.
  3. Enter your TTLock username and password (Your username is the email address you used to register).
  4. Set the Smartlock open type to Keycode.
  5. Activate the toggle for Smartlock status.
  6. Click Connect to complete the setup.

Mapping Rooms to Locks

After the connection is set up, you need to map your rooms in SabeeApp to the correct TTLock devices:

  1. Click the green â€ś+” sign next to the room.

2. Select the lock from the list.


3. Click Save.


➡️ Once a room is mapped, all reservations for that room can automatically receive key codes if the guest checks in through GuestAdvisor or the Customer Portal (Web). If not, the key code can be generated manually and sent to the guest.

➡️ To disconnect, click the â€śâ€“” icon next to the lock.

⚠️ Important: Common areas (e.g., main entrances with TTLock) are not supported. Codes only work for individual rooms.


Key Codes for Guests

Where to find codes:

  • In the GuestAdvisor app under Room Access
  • In the Customer Portal (Web) after check-in under Room Access
  • Via automated email (using the TTLock Key Code email template)
  • In the SabeeApp PMS Reservation Details page

Key code format:

  • Always 6 digits, followed by pressing the # key

GuestAdvisor Display Conditions

If auto-onboarding is NOT active:

  • Online check-in completed
  • Guest is within check-in time (or marked early/late check-in)
  • Guest is marked as onboard

If auto-onboarding is active:

  • Online check-in completed
  • Guest is within check-in time (or marked early/late check-in)

Key Code for Guests Checking In via Customer Portal (Web)

For guests using Customer Portal:

  • After online check-in, the key code is automatically generated for the reservation
  • The system sends the TTLock keycode email with the room number and access code according to the settings

Email Sending Rules:

  • You can set it to send on arrival date or up to 5 days before arrival.
  • The email is based on the TTLock Keycode template.

Default Email Template:

Dear /%firstname%/ /%lastname%/,

In the following we are sending you the room code which can be used to access your room.

Code to access your room: /%roomaccesscode%/#

Your room will be: /%roomname%/

Please make sure to use the keypad on the lock to type the code and press the # key.Best regards, /%hotelname%/ team

You can customize this template in Settings > Email Templates > GuestAdvisor App Templates.


Key Code in the SabeeApp PMS

On the Reservation Details page, the following lock tools are available:

  1. Guest Door Open Code â€“ can be copied clicking on the icon.
  2. Refresh Access Codes â€“ regenerates both codes in case of issues.
  3. GuestAdvisor Toggle â€“ disable this to prevent the code from appearing in the app.
