TGA: Central Tourism Data Integration
The Central Tourism Data System, operated by the Türkiye Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA), collects monthly accommodation statistics from licensed accommodation facilities through a centralized digital platform.
You can meet this legal requirement by activating the TGA integration in SabeeApp.

This system aims to ensure tourism data is collected, stored, and analyzed in a standardized, secure, and data-driven way.
Required Information for Setup
Before activating the integration, prepare the following information:
- Company name
- Tax number
- Property name
- Ministry tourism operation or simple accommodation license number
- District code (İlçe Kodu)
The district code is required by TGA for geographical reporting purposes.

For the districts that are not available on the list, you can enter 9999
Which Properties Must Comply?
- All licensed accommodation facilities (with or without PMS software) must submit the required monthly statistics to TGA.
- Properties using a Property Management System (PMS) such as SabeeApp can automate the submission through the TGA API.
- SabeeApp provides the technical integration; setup, activation, monitoring, and compliance remain the property's responsibility.
- Properties without PMS software can submit data manually through the Künye System.
How to Integrate with TGA in SabeeApp
- Go to Settings → More → TGA Integration
- Click Add New and enter:
- Company name
- Tax number
- Property / hotel name
- District code
- License number (Ministry tourism or simple accommodation license)
- Save the information
- Under Connected Rooms, click Connect New
- Select the rooms associated with this license number
- Save
- Enable Data Submission
- Finish setup
Once completed, SabeeApp will automatically prepare and submit the required monthly reports.
Properties with Multiple License Numbers
If your SabeeApp account manages multiple accommodation licenses (for example, several villas with separate licenses), each license must be configured separately.
For each license:
- Create a separate TGA Integration entry
- Connect the relevant rooms
- Enable data submission
A room can only be connected to one license number at a time.
Data Sent to TGA
SabeeApp submits monthly aggregated accommodation statistics for the previous month.
The report contains:
Property Information
- Province code (
il_kodu) - District code (
ilce_kodu) - Number of rooms
- Number of beds
- Number of days the property was open during the month
Guest Statistics
Reported by guest nationality (ISO country code):
- Total guest arrivals on weekdays
- Total guest arrivals on weekends
- Total overnight stays on weekdays
- Total overnight stays on weekends
- Total room nights sold on weekdays
- Total room nights sold on weekends
Nationality is determined using the guest's citizenship information. If citizenship is unavailable, the guest's country is used. If neither is available, the nationality is reported as OTHER .
Average Monthly Room Price
TGA API version 6.0.0 requires a single average monthly room price for the entire property.
The value:
- Must be reported in EUR (€)
- Must exclude breakfast, VAT, and other taxes
- Represents the average room price across all stays during the reporting month
The average price is submitted once per property-month and is no longer reported separately for each nationality.
Data Transfer Schedule
- Reports are submitted automatically on the 8th day of each month at 02:00 Turkish time (UTC+3)
- Each report contains data for the previous calendar month
Example:
- Submission date: 8 March
- Reporting period: 1 February – 28 February
Historical data may be submitted separately for each reporting month when required by TGA.
Monitoring & Tracking
Submitted reports can be monitored in:
PMS → TGA
The list shows:
- Reporting period
- Submission status
- Error messages returned by TGA
- Successful submissions
Data can also be reviewed in the TGA Künye System: https://tesis-kunye.tga.gov.tr/login
Monitoring submitted reports remains the property's responsibility.
Error Handling
If a submission fails:
- The error message returned by TGA is displayed in the PMS → TGA menu
- TGA currently returns error messages in Turkish
- SabeeApp automatically retries failed submissions up to three times with a one-hour delay between attempts
If the issue persists:
- Review the error message
- Correct the configuration or data if necessary
- Contact SabeeApp Support if assistance is required
