TGA Integration – Sending Guest and Revenue Data to the Ministry of Tourism
All accommodation providers are required to submit guest demographic information and reservation revenue data to the Ministry of Tourism.
1. Setup Steps
- Go to Settings → More → TGA Integration.
- Click “Add New”, enter the required Property Information (Company Name, Property Name, License Number, Tax Number), and save.
- Link rooms to the License Number by clicking “Add New”:
- Each room can only be linked to one license number.
- By adding multiple license numbers, you can assign different rooms to different license numbers.
- Enable Synchronization Status:
After linking at least one room and verifying the setup, activate the “Enable data submission” button.
The license number you added will also appear at the bottom of your Booking Engine.
You can remove rooms that you do not want to include and reconnect them later if needed.
2. Submitted Data
- The list of submitted records can be found under the PMS / TGA menu.
a) Daily Summary
- Each submission covers the last 7 days
- Total number of rooms
- Total number of guests
- Net revenue (room revenue)
- Total tax (VAT + accommodation tax)
b) Demographic Data
- Guests are grouped by nationality, and room counts are based on the booker’s nationality.
- If the booker is also a staying guest, the room is counted under their nationality.
- If the booker is not a staying guest:
- If any guest shares the same nationality as the reservation holder, the room is counted under that nationality.
- If none match, the room is counted based on the nationality of the first guest.
- Revenue distribution: Children are counted the same as adults.
- Each physical room is counted.
c) Partner Data
The source of the reservation is reported and grouped as follows:
| SabeeApp Partner Type | TGA Channel Name |
|---|---|
| Online booking (OTA, Booking Engine, etc.) | Online |
| Agency / Travel agency / Tour operator | Agency |
| Corporate / Sales | Corporate |
| Direct offline sales | Individual |
| Other or no partner | Other |
3. Submission Timing and Error Management
- The PMS / TGA menu displays submitted records and allows tracking of submissions and errors.
- Submissions are made automatically every day at 04:00 AM (TR time).
- Each submission includes data for the last 7 days (rolling period).
Error Handling
- For one-time errors, no manual action is required; the data will be resent in the next submission.
- If errors persist for 3–4 consecutive days, the Ministry should be contacted along with system records.
SabeeApp provides a tool for data submission. However, setup, activation, and monitoring of data submissions are the responsibility of the property.
