📊 Purpose
This report serves as a daily closing summary, providing management with key statistics on reservation changes. It is the most effective option for tracking daily updates.
📄 Content Overview
The report is based on reservation and folio details, excluding payments and invoices. It considers the following:
- 📌 Reservation statuses: ✅ Confirmed, ❌ Canceled
 - 🏨 Room type categories: 🏠 Room, 🏢 Conference Room, 🚗 Garage, ⚙️ Technical
 - 📅 Date filter: The report uses the reservation creation date, not the stay date.
 
📋 Report Structure
The report consists of three tables:
- 
🆕 New Reservations
- 📌 Lists all reservations created within the selected timeframe, regardless of the source (manual, channel manager, etc.).
 - 💰 Price column: Displays the total accommodation GROSS value from the folio.
 - 📊 ADR (Average Daily Rate): Calculated by dividing the total accommodation value by the number of nights.
 
 - 
❌ Canceled Reservations
- 📌 Includes all reservations that were manually or automatically changed to canceled status.
 - 💰 Only accommodation GROSS prices are shown (extra services not included).
 
👤 User Column Identifiers:
- 🔗 Channel Manager – Reservations from connected sales channels
 - 🌍 Booking Engine – Reservations from the internet booking engine
 - ✍️ Actual Username – Manually registered reservations in SabeeApp
 
👶 A / C / I Columns: Represent the number of adults, children, and infants in a reservation.
 - 
📊 User Summary
- Displays the number of new reservations created by each user.
 
 
⚙️ Additional Features
- 🔍 Each table has a search field to refine results (press "Enter" to apply).
 - ⚙️ Columns can be customized using the visibility adjustment button in the top right corner.
 - 🖨️ The report can be printed and 📂 exported to Excel.
